I went to this restaurant several times. This is because the owner is my father’s friends and restaurant’s location is very near from my house. But unfortunately I haven’t had time to review it.

Yesterday he asked me to have dinner to celebrate our so-called-5-months-anniversary. Huehehehe.. we never did the anniversary thing. This is because, personally, for me (and us ) it’s not that big a deal to celebrate anniversary if you’re only in a relationship. I mean not married yet. But it’s nice when sometimes we do something different at our anniversary.

Well, just recently we visited this restaurant. Before that, I never ever wanted to go to that restaurant. Because, when you see the restaurant from outside, it gave me spooks.. Quite creepy..

But I bold myself up. I’d love to try the restaurant that under Tugu Hotels management. It is same like Shanghai Blue, Samara and the famous boutique hotel brands, Tugu Hotels. And also, this time, he treats me.. Hihihi.. 🙂 Thanks babe..

Umm.. Terima brosur Mandiri Everyday Card tempo hari (beserta tagihannya juga.. wee..) Eh ada promosi baru Mandiri Everyday Card di Red Tomato, EX Plaza Indonesia. Red Tomato itu restoran Italia gitu. Spesialisnya adalah Pizza Cream Fungi yang tipis, krispy and yummy.. Ini.. bener-bener tipis pizza nya. Ngalahin Izzi dan Marzano. Dulu sih dah pernah kesana. Waktu abis main bowling sama Bulek Endang dan Om Harry. Sama Anggoro and Didiet juga ko. Seinget aku emang agak-agak mahal sii disitu. Mangkanya begitu liat promosi Mandiri sampe 50 %.Uumm.. menggoda sekali.. Jadii pengen nyobain lagii..

Bukan Utopia looh.. I don’t think that there is such thing like Utopia. This is Vietopia. A Vietnamese restaurant at Cikini.

Finally, on one cold evening (because the rain) we decided to have dinner at Vietopia. First option was on Rendezvous. It is one of Halal Chinese Food which located at Jl. Johar, Menteng, near Gondangdia train station. The chicken fried noodle is superb in Rendezvous. He always want to try other menus in there. But I had this crave to eat something like soup and it must hot and spicy. And then.. we change our destination to Vietopia. I read several of this restaurant’s reviews earlier that day. Most of the reviewer said that Noodle Soup in Vietopia is good. And it is also one of their speciality. Mmmm…

Akhirnya setelah ratusan kali lewat di depan Penang Bistro yang di Kebun Sirih, akhirnya kemaren kesampaian juga buat makan di sana. Tadinya sih tujuan utama kita adalah nyobain Vietopia yang di daerah Cikini. Tapi ntah kenapa kemaren akhirnya malah belok ke Penang Bistro.
